Our Vision
Mission Statement
We wish to create theatre that empowers young teens to have a crystalline image of themselves and their future. We strive to make performances that engage our audience and allow them to embrace themselves as individuals and appreciate their own self-worth. With our company having members from all over the world, from Angola to Cyprus and Portugal to the UK, diversity is a crucial message for us, and embracing different cultures and finding your own identity along the way.
Our Core Values
Diversity – with our company having members from all over the world, we strongly believe that diversity is a crucial message for all audiences. Embracing different cultures and finding out about other countries, races and religions is something we strive to include in all of our work.
Self-love – as a theatre company we endeavour to encourage the idea of self-love and self-worth, especially when working with the age range that we perform for (ages 11-13), as we believe that this is a crucial time within their lives where they are finding what makes them unique and truly learning about themselves.
Honest – honesty within a performance is vital in ensuring that our work is relatable and relevant to our audience members. Having a performance and performers who are honest allows our audience to relate to them and be able to understand our message of self-love and diversity.
Believable – a believable performance is a performance never forgotten. If our audience members believe in us as a company and believe in the message that we strive to spread, they will begin to believe in themselves as well.
Empowering – our audience members are the future leaders, teachers, workers of our earth, and it is important to empower them to believe in themselves, believe in their individual personalities, and believe that they are all worthy and capable of anything.
